Dear pets and people,
As Covid19 starts to impact the broader community, we are putting some changes in place. These are aimed at reducing the spread of Covid19 between clients, and between clients and staff, and we’re making these changes in order to continue providing service throughout this challenging time. We are beginning with the following changes:

• Cold or flu signs – please stay at home. Another person can bring in your pet or collect medicines or food on your behalf, or call us and we’ll find a way
• One person to come into the hospital with your pet
• Wait in the car. Call us to let us know you have arrived. We’ll come and get you so you don’t need to wait inside and we can bring medicines and foods to your car
• Stand back from the reception desk
• Consultations will be briefer
• Pay with cards if you can, over the phone even better

We’ve always been there to help and will continue to do so, just in different ways.
