We remain open as vets have been declared an Essential Service. We are still providing all services but following The 1.5m Rule has changed the way we work.

• Cold or flu signs – please stay at home. Another person can bring in your pet or collect medicines or food on your behalf, or call us and we’ll find a way
• Wait in the car when you arrive – Call us from your car to let us know you have arrived. We’ll come out to you and bring your pet into the hospital and you can wait in your car. We will phone you for the consultation. If your pet is anxious, let us know and we’ll make a suitable plan
• Collecting food or medicines – call us from your car and we will place it on our table outside our door.
• Pay over the phone with credit card, or direct transfer to if you prefer.

We are set up to work right through the Covid 19 event. However these changes are making it harder to work in our normal way, so please be patient. For example, you may find at times that the phones are answered by a nurse who is working from home.
